On the request and appeal of the Overseas Pakistan Kashmir Welfare Council, Prime Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif established special courts for the illegal occupation of agricultural lands, plots, houses, and houses of Overseas Pakistanis and decided these cases in three months. There is action. In which the seizure of the properties of people living overseas Pakistanis England, America, Canada, Spain, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Dubai Bahrain, etc. was a big problem because the Pakistani courts did not decide on them for years. Overseas Pakistanis used to spend money on traveling around these courts and spending money on air travel, in which the staff clerks and legal teams of these courts were also involved.
Overseas Pakistanis did not have as much property as the expenses the Overseas Pakistanis had to incur, including lawyers’ fees, hotel, and airfares.
They were tired of doing it.
My personal three acres which was included in my contract but it took me crores of rupees and 37 years on this case and the total value of the land is 3 million rupees. A Sessions Judge in Bahawalnagar was appointed as an Anti-Corruption Judge and is still performing duties in Bahawalnagar last year in March 2023 I got my land according to the distribution of land and property. It would certainly be unfair if I did not mention Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s overseas affairs secretary Afzal Bhatti, who helped me a lot in dealing with the cases sent by the Overseas Pakistan Kashmir Welfare Council to my debating chair and many cases.
