Lahore: The mission of providing houses to the families of martyrs before 2017 in Punjab Police is on its way to completion. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar provided plots for private homes to the families of 27 martyrs of Sahiwal district. DPO Sahiwal Faisal Shahzad and other officers were also present. In the ceremony held at the Central Police Office, IG Punjab paid tribute to the sacrifices of the martyrs and assured all possible support for the convenience of the families. Plots have been provided to the families of 59 of the 76 martyrs before 2017 in Sahiwal region, while the families of all 27 martyrs of Pakpattan and 37 martyrs of Okara have received plot files. Punjab Police has provided plots to 681 of the 1375 martyrs before 2017 and 23 families for the construction of houses on these plots. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has said that the martyrs. The welfare of police families is the priority. Their children were given foreign scholarships for higher education and preferential jobs on Shaheed Kaleem.
