London: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan Ishaq Dar said that my visit to Britain was very effective and useful. Currently, there are 1.7 million Pakistanis living here.
Speaking at a press conference in London, Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said, “We have been discussing the restoration of PIA flights with the European Union and the United Kingdom since the PDM regime.”
He said that during my flight to Britain, many compatriots were asking if PIA flights would be restored, so we told them that we would try our best.
“During the PTI era, these flights were banned because of an irresponsible statement by a minister. I have discussed this issue in a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister of Great Britain.
He has said about the PIA auction, “The bids are coming on October 1 and 7.” It is hoped that after this, new ships will also come.
