Lisbon: Saudi Al Nasr club captain and star footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has scored the 900th goal of his career in the match against Croatia.
Portugal defeated Croatia 2-1 in the first match of the UEFA Nations League in Lisbon on Friday.
39-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo crossed the milestone of 900 by scoring in the 34th minute of the match.
After scoring the goal, Ronald was seen celebrating emotionally. It was his 131st goal in a Portugal shirt.
Half of Cristiano Ronaldo’s career goals are those he has scored for Real Madrid. Apart from this, goals were scored at Supporting Lisbon, Manchester United, and Saudi Al Nasr Club.
The teams face Poland and Scotland in Group A of the latest edition of the Nations League.
Portugal and Scotland will play a match in Lisbon on Sunday.
