London: A British Royal Navy helicopter crashed into the sea, as a result of which a Navy officer was killed.
A statement from the Royal Navy said the naval personnel were engaged in a training exercise with the aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth on Wednesday night.
The Navy has expressed deep sorrow over the accident, while an investigation into the incident has been initiated, the name of the officer who died in the accident has not been disclosed.
