ISLAMABAD: Dr Qaiser Bengali, an important member of the Right Sizing of the Federal Government Committee established for institutional reforms under the chairmanship of the Federal Finance Minister, has resigned.
According to Dawn sources, the government’s efforts to reduce expenditure have suffered a major setback, Dr. Qaiser Bengali, a key member of the Right Sizing Committee, has resigned from his post.
Dr. Qaiser Bengali said in his statement that the government is not serious about reducing its expenses, the government is only focused on reducing the number of small employees.
He said that reducing the number of employees will not affect the costs.
