Pakistan Nursing Council president Farzana Zulfikar’s degree has been revealed not to be recognized by an international institution, while the Higher Education Commission (HEC) has refused to certify a degree from an unregistered international institution.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had received complaints regarding Farzana Zulfikar’s degree.
According to the document, the institution from which Farzana Zulfiqar obtained her degree is not recognized.
