London: A warning has been issued to citizens over the spread of toxic clouds across the UK.
Clouds full of poisonous gas have sounded the alarm in Britain, with authorities instructing people to stay indoors.
The UK is currently in the grip of volcanic acid clouds, with sulfur dioxide clouds covering many areas of the UK after a volcanic eruption in Iceland. A similar situation exists in Northern Europe and Scandinavia.
Experts say that clouds full of sulfur dioxide can cause breathing problems, eye irritation, colds, coughs, and skin diseases.
A cloud of sulfur dioxide is spreading across the UK after a volcano in Iceland erupted for the sixth time since December last year. London, Norwich, Hull, and Sunderland are some of the cities that are experiencing SO2, mainly from the burning of coal or crude oil. It is a colorless gas and dangerous for asthmatics.
