Dhaka: People showered eggs and shoes on former Supreme Court judge Shamsuddin Chaudhry in Bangladesh.
Former Prime Minister Hasina Wajid’s pro-Appellate Division judge Shamsuddin Chaudhry was arrested yesterday while trying to escape to India.
Police today brought Shamsuddin Chaudhry wearing a helmet and bulletproof jacket to appear in the court where social workers, political leaders, and a large number of people were present.
On seeing the former judge, people raised slogans against him while some people attacked him with eggs and shoes.
