Islamabad: In the Mubarak Sani case, the controversial paragraph was deleted while accepting the government’s request. The Supreme Court of Pakistan, accepting the suggestions of the scholars in the Mubarak Sani case, deleted the controversial paragraphs from the judgments of February 6 and July 24.
