Paris: Only one athlete from Pakistan will participate in the Paralympic Games, accompanied by a coach and a chef.
The 17th Paralympics will be hosted by the French city of Paris, and the games will be played from August 28 to September 8 for disabled athletes.
The 40-year-old all-around athlete Haider Ali will represent Pakistan in the Paralympic Games. Haider Ali, who won 5 gold, 2 silver, and 3 bronze medals for Pakistan in international competitions for disabled athletes, will defend his title in the discus throw event of the Paris Paralympics.
