Karachi: The court handed over the woman to the police on a one-day physical remand in the case of the death of a father and daughter due to a car collision at Karsaz.
The investigating officer told the court that the psychiatrist of Jinnah Hospital had examined the accused and admitted her to the hospital. According to the doctor, the condition of the accused is not such that she should be brought to court. The mental condition of the accused is very bad. Therefore, according to the instructions of the doctor, the accused cannot be produced in court today.
The court ordered that the accused should be produced in the concerned court tomorrow and if the accused is not able to appear, her proper medical certificate should be produced in the concerned court.
