Islamabad: The anti-terrorism court of Islamabad has excluded the name of Bushra Bibi from 12 cases of May 9.
The May 9 cases against Bushra Bibi were heard by Judge Ejaz Asif of Islamabad’s Anti-Terrorism Court.
In the hearing held in Adiala Jail, the court ordered Bushra Bibi’s name to be excluded from 12 cases.
Salman Safdar, Muhammad Faisal Malik, and Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry advocates appeared on behalf of Bushra Bibi
Bushra was named in the cases of attacks on other sensitive places including BBGHQ and ISI office.
The police had applied to summon and obtain physical remand of the accused.
