Rawalpindi: According to Dawn TV, Imran Khan’s request to provide records of NAB’s decision to close the 190 million pound case was set for hearing on Monday.
The Registrar’s Office fixed the PTI founder’s petition for hearing with objections. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Babar Sattar will hold the hearing on Monday.
PTI founder Imran Khan requested to stop the trial of the 190 million pounds case till the final decision of the case. Founder PTI filed the petition through Salman Safdar’s Advocate and Khalid Yusuf’s Advocate.
Founder PTI has challenged the trial court’s August 12 order in the High Court and has said that the investigation officer stated that the 343rd executive board meeting of NAB approved the closure of the case. The request to seek the record of the executive board meeting was rejected.
