Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court has said that if the order for the recovery of PTI leader Azhar Mashwani’s two brothers is not followed, why should contempt of court proceedings not be taken?
Regarding the case, Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb has issued a two-page written order in which it has been said that non-implementation of the court order of August 9 is contempt of court in its view, Defense Secretary, Home Secretary, IG, DGF. Let me introduce myself, and explain! Why not initiate contempt of court proceedings against them?
The Islamabad High Court said that the representative of the Ministry of Defence, the Police, and the State Council said that nothing was known, the court gave a clear order to produce the two missing brothers in court, but neither the court order was followed nor any document was presented.
