Sahiwal: Markets and streets were filled with water due to the bursting of a drinking water pipe on Main Fateh Sher Road at the cost of crores of rupees. Faulty pipes laid by PSAP across the city started bursting when activated. Citizens have demanded to take notice from the higher authorities.
