Multan: Tariq Javed, an officer of Multan WAPDA, billed 895 units for only 1201 rupees i.e. one and a half rupees per unit. Every powerful person in Pakistan has become a pharaoh. The poor man is getting a bill of thousands of rupees despite running less than 200 units.
