LAHORE: Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi has filed a petition in the Lahore High Court against pushing and misbehavior in Adiala Jail.
In the petition filed by Bushra Bibi in the Lahore High Court, IG Prisons and others have been made parties. It has been argued in the petition that on July 13, the Islamabad Sessions Court had ordered the acquittal. After that, the Adiala Jail staff pushed for an arrest in the second case.
No action was taken against the abusive staff as per the request. NAB was arrested based on malice. The court requested to order action against the concerned prison staff.
