A bill of 1.5 lakhs on 126 units, the citizen was kicked out on complaint

LAHORE: A citizen’s complaint about receiving a bill of Rs. 150,000 for 126 units in the electricity bill, the authorities pushed him away.

In the petition filed in the Lahore High Court, the citizen challenged the initiative of sending a bill of one and a half lakh rupees for the use of 126 units. Gul Shad, a resident of Sharqpur, filed the petition through Rana Sikandar Advocate, in which Lesko and others have been made parties.

In the petition filed in the court, it has been argued that Derah is Merle’s house and Lesco has sent the electricity bill of Rs.1.5 lakh for using 126 units. When he went to fix the bill, Lesko was pushed away by the authorities.
On behalf of the citizen, the court has been requested to issue orders to fix the electricity bill.
