LAHORE: A delegation of Association International Lawyers Lahore met Chief Justice of Lahore High Court Justice Alia Neelam and presented flowers while congratulating him on assuming office. The delegation was led by AIL Lahore President Haseebullah Khan Advocate.
In the meeting Senior Vice President Jameel Akhtar Baig Advocate, Vice President Chaudhry Zakaur Rehman Noel Advocate, Vice President Muhammad Farooq Advocate, Joint Secretary
Mian Muhammad Zahid Advocate and Hafiz Burhanuddin Coordinator were also involved.
Nabila Hasan Dogar and Usman Latif Members of the Executive Committee also participated.
Chief Justice of Lahore High Court Justice Alia Neelam has said that the shortage of judges in the courts will be removed, and a committee will be formed for better relations between the bar and the bench, including quick disposal of cases.
He expressed his determination that the problems of lawyers will be solved on a priority basis.
The president and cabinet members of the Association International Lawyers Lahore presented a bouquet and congratulated Justice Alia Neelam, the first woman Chief Justice of Lahore High Court, and said that AIL will always play the role of vanguard for the supremacy of law and the observance of the constitution in the country.
