Peshawar: Peshawar High Court has issued orders to remove the name of PTI’s Shaukat Yousafzai from ECL. A two-member bench of the Peshawar High Court, Justice Sahibzada Asadullah, and Justice Khursheed Iqbal, heard the petition against the ban on going abroad. During the hearing, the petitioner’s lawyer stated that Shaukat Yousafzai was stopped from going to Europe at the Islamabad Airport.
