Islamabad: The government has formally banned the employees of the National Assembly Secretariat from participating in political activities and a circular has also been issued in this regard.
According to this, the employees of the National Assembly have been prevented from participating in political activities and it has been said that no employee will be involved in political, immoral and illegal activities.
No employee shall spread false news, false information, and rumors through digital media.
The National Assembly Secretariat said that no unauthorized employee of the National Assembly shall attempt to access official information and employees shall not provide any official information to unauthorized persons.
According to the circular, no attempt will be made to influence the Secretariat on any matter related to the employees and no employee of the National Assembly shall express irresponsible sentiments on any social media platform.
On behalf of the National Assembly Secretariat, present service employees as well as retired employees have been emphasized to follow the rules and regulations.
