LAHORE: Young children are doing hard labor in Lahore, which is a telling proof of the failure of the Child Production Bureau. This is the child to whom governments take loans to provide facilities, but despite this, these children are forced to work at a young age. It is forced because they have to work for their family and younger siblings. This is a matter of moment for the government of Punjab.
