Pakistan strongly condemns the attack on the Pakistani consulate in Frankfurt by an ‘extremist group’

Frankfurt: Afghan citizens entered the Pakistani consulate during the protest in Frankfurt, Germany. The angry protesters also pelted stones at the Pakistani consulate and took down the flag outside the consulate.
The Pakistani Foreign Office has strongly condemned the attack on the Pakistani consulate in Frankfurt.
Officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan have confirmed this after the incident that took place in Frankfurt. He said that during this incident, the staff of the Pakistani consulate remained safe.
According to officials, the German Foreign Ministry has assured the Pakistani diplomatic authorities of a full investigation into the incident. They have also claimed the arrest of several people involved in the incident. They are being investigated further.
Holding the flag of Afghanistan, the protesters entered the Pakistani consulate and pulled down the Pakistani flag. In the video footage, it can be seen that the protestors brought the Pakistani flag outside with them. According to media reports, the angry protesters also tried to burn the Pakistani flag.
