For the first time in the history of DI Khan, a woman Deputy Commissioner Sara Rehman has been appointed

Peshawar: A woman deputy commissioner has been appointed for the first time in Dera Ismail Khan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It is the first time in the history of DI Khan that a woman officer has been assigned the responsibilities of an important post. Sources have told Dawn that notification has been issued for the appointment of female Deputy Commissioner Sarah Rehman. Earlier Deputy Commissioner Mansoor Arshad Khattak was holding this position, who has been removed from the post and Sara Rehman has been appointed. A farewell ceremony was organized for her by the officers of the Planning and Development Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where several personalities including Additional Chief Secretary Imtiaz Hussain Shah, and Secretary Shahidullah Khan participated.
