The English women cricketer is just one match away from Mathia Muralitharan and Denis Lilley in the elite list of bowlers who have taken the most wickets in consecutive innings.
Suppose Sophie Ecclestone takes a wicket in the upcoming match. In that case, she will become the first woman cricketer to take consecutive wickets in 35 consecutive innings and also overtake legendary Sri Lankan spinner Muralitharan and Dennis Lillee in the list of bowlers.
