Peshawar.. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to give a free solar system to one lakh families.
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur has issued instructions to provide solar systems to poor families who are worried about load shedding in the province. Initially, the provincial government announced to give a two-kilowatt solar system to poor families of Pakhtunkhwa under the program, which will include solar panels, fans, and required wiring. Sources have said that this will save the province’s electricity bill and help save the poor families of the province from paying huge electricity bills.
