Dhaka: Former henchman of Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Jahangir Alam turned out to be a millionaire.
Prime Minister Hasina Wajid had also said in a statement that the servant working in her house has become the owner of 400 crore rupees.
After this, the Central Bank of Bangladesh ordered the seizure of the bank accounts of Jahangir Alam and his wife and several institutions related to the Prime Minister.
The Anti-Corruption Commission has also started an investigation while Jahangir Alam is being said to have escaped to America with his second wife.
Jahangir Alam also has a car worth crores and a luxurious three-storey house while his lifestyle is lavish.
Jahangir Alam was on the staff of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wajid and worked as a support worker but he kept millions of rupees in his and his wife’s accounts.
