Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is going to take the path of legal action while taking an important decision on the Tosha Khana case.
Special Assistant Anti-Corruption Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Brigadier Mossadeq Abbasi will take legal action against Chairman NAB, prosecutors, and the support team.
In this regard, Mossadegh Abbasi said in his video message that like the Iddat case, the Tosha Khana case is bogus, the same cases are being tried separately and Imran Khan is being kept in jail.
He said that the former prime minister and his wife are being blamed for the work done by the prime minister’s staff and government officials.
He said that defamation action would be taken against Chairman NAB, prosecutors and the supporting team.
