Islamabad: The names and dissenting notes of the judges who disagreed with the decision to give reserved seats to PTI have come out.
5 judges disagreed with the decision of the reserved seats in the Supreme Court, including Justice Aminuddin, Justice Jamal Mandukhel, Justice Yahya Afridi, Chief Justice Qazi Faizaisa and Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan.
Justice Aminuddin Khan rejected all the petitions and appeals related to giving reserved seats and upheld the decision of Peshawar High Court, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan also agreed with Justice Aminuddin Khan’s note.
Justice Aminuddin, Justice Jamal Mandukhel, and Justice Yahya Afridi wrote a note, Yahya Afridi said in a dissenting note that those who joined the second party cheated the voters.
