Milan/Italy: On the occasion of the 94th birthday of the world-renowned artist Sadeqin, an exhibition of his artworks was organized in Milan, addressing the opening ceremony of the 3-day exhibition organized in collaboration with the Pakistani Consulate, Camone di Milan, and the local art gallery. Consul General Aqsi Nawaz paid tribute to the services of famous artist Syed Sadiqeen Ahmed for the promotion of art. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Deputy Consul General Ahmed Waleed, FIA Officer Ismatullah Junejo, foreign diplomats stationed and local officials, leading personalities of the Pakistani community living here, and a large number of art lovers. Born on 30 June 1923 in Amroha, India, the internationally renowned calligrapher Syed Sadiqin Ahmad Naqvi died on 10 February 1987 at the age of 63 years 7 months 11 days in Karachi.
