Sahiwal: Due to the incompetence of PHA, plants started drying up in parks. The walking track is dilapidated. There are piles of dirt everywhere. Stray dogs are roaming in the parks. Despite crores of funds from the government to the PHA, the parks are not doing well. Garbage piles are seen everywhere in the parks. Citizens are worried about dog dens in Kanan Park, Nawaz Sharif Park, and Faridiya Park, and have demanded notice from Commissioner Sahiwal.
