Peshawar: Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaat Peshawar organized a conference and rally on the Martyrdom Day of Syedna Hazrat Umar Farooq. Amir Mufti Najibullah Farooqui of Peshawar, General Secretary Babu Muawiya, and a guest speaker from Karachi addressed the conference held at Chowk Yadgar. Local leaders of Ahlul Sunnat Wal Jamaat Qari Samiullah Jhangvi, Obaidur Rahman Mujahid, and Ihsanullah Farooqui, among others, addressed the conference. Hundreds of workers of Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat attended the conference and the speakers said that Hazrat Umar Farooq performed great deeds for the elevation of Islam, which is still remembered by the infidels and the people of the West, but the Muslims did not remember Hazrat Umar Farooq, may God bless him and grant him peace.
