London: Muslim candidates of the Labor Party also contested the elections in the United Kingdom. Pakistani-born Labor Party member Yasmin Qureshi managed to defend her seat from Bolton for the third time.

Labor Party’s Shabana Mehmood won in the Ladywood area of ​​Birmingham by 15552 votes. Pakistani-origin candidate Naushaba Khan was declared successful on the Labor Party’s ticket.

Zubair Ahmed, a Pakistani-origin candidate from Glasgow, also won on the Labor Party ticket. British Pakistani Afzal Khan also won the seat. Tahir Ali from Birmingham once again managed to win his seat.

Labour’s Imran Hussain was also declared successful in Bradford East, while Muhammad Yasin won his seat in Bedford. Zara Sultana of the Labor Party won the Coventry South election.
