British elections, historic defeat to Conservatives, Labor party historic success

London: After 14 years, the Labor Party won the early general elections in Great Britain, and the Conservative Party lost power, after which Sir Keir Starmer became the Prime Minister.

The results of the general election in the UK continue, the results of 650 to 648 seats have been received, with the Labor Party leading with 412 seats, the Conservatives 121, the Liberal Democrats 71, the SNP 9, the Reform Party 9, and others 35 have won seats.

326 out of 650 seats in Parliament are required to form a government, so the Labor Party is in a position to form a government.

Naz Shah, the Labor leader of Pakistani origin, won Bradford West, while Yasmin Qureshi, a Labor member of Pakistani origin, defended her seat for the third time.

Former Labor leader Jeremy Carbone has also won the Islington seat as an independent candidate.

Reform leader Nigel Frog also won the seat of Clacton, having contested the election 8 times and won for the first time.

Labor leader George Galloway loses his Rochdale seat George Galloway won in a by-election following the death of Labor leader Sir Tony Lloyd, a three-term MP from 2003 to 2015.

Rishi Sonic managed to win his seat in North Yorkshire.

Conservative Prime Minister Rishi Sonak’s cabinet ministers failed to win the election, including former Prime Minister Liz Truss from her constituency, Conservative Lord Lady Penny Mordant also failed to retain her seat.

Veteran Affairs Minister Johnny Mercer and pro-Brexit leader Jacob Rhys-Mogg also lost the race.
