Investigation Officer Kamran Maqsood held an open court in Chicha Watani for the immediate solution of Sahiwal’s public problems

Sahiwal: An open court was organized in Chichawatani for the immediate solution of Sahiwal’s public problems, citizens piled complaints against WAPDA while most of the complaints were resolved on the spot.

Kamran Maqsood, Investigation Officer of Federal Ombudsman Regional Secretariat, Faisalabad, organized an open court in Chichawatani to resolve public complaints related to federal institutions, in which many complaints and problems of the people were resolved on the spot. Investigation Officer Kamran Maqsood. And Jameel Ahmed heard the complaints of more than 60 civilians in the open court. 45 of them were resolved on the spot. However, orders were issued to the heads of the relevant institutions to resolve the remaining complaints. said that the purpose of organizing the open court is to resolve public complaints related to federal institutions freely and immediately and to raise awareness among the people about defending their rights. He said while talking to Syed Altaf Hussain Shah that If there are any problems related to these institutions, then apply on a simple paper without a lawyer, the federal ombudsman institution will always serve you and take steps for immediate solution and justice to your problems and provide you with justice at your doorstep. No effort will be spared. He further said that the ratio of resolution of complaints and issues of the Federal Ombudsman is more than 95%, so any person affected by the federal institutions should apply for immediate resolution of their complaints.
