Sahiwal: Deputy Commissioner Sahiwal Saima Ali made a late-night detailed visit to the city. Inspected the main procession route of Ashura. Religious leader Syed Ziaullah Shah Bukhari, Assistant Commissioner Uzman Chaudhry, CO Sheikh Ashfaq Ahmed, and business leaders were also present. The Deputy Commissioner reviewed the arrangements from Qasr Batul to Mahi Shah Graveyard. The routes of all the processions of Zul-Jinnah leaving the city should be cleared immediately, instructions to the administrative officers. A patchwork of all the route roads should be completed before Muharram starts.
The administration will provide all possible facilities to the pilgrims. Assurance of Deputy Commissioner.
Also visited Chuck No. 90/9L, 135/9L, and 94/6R and directed the concerned officers to provide all facilities to the mourners.
