On which the court inquired as to why the commission did not initiate contempt of court proceedings for not implementing the production order. , on which the authorities said in the court that contempt of court is against an individual and not against an institution.

Later, the court summoned the Attorney General to assist in the missing persons case. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb said that he would pass a detailed order in this regard.
