Rahul Gandhi’s speech in Parliament, quoted from the Holy Quran, recited Durood

Dawn TV News + Daily Dawn

New Delhi: Indian opposition leader Rahul Gandhi quoted the Holy Quran and recited Durood during his speech in Parliament.

While talking about non-violence and peace in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi recited a durood referring to Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (peace be upon him) and said that all the great personalities of the world talked about non-violence and ending fear and told that there should be no fear.

The opposition leader criticized BJP and Hindu extremist parties and said that BJP leaders are spreading hatred, fear, and violence. These people claim to be Hindu leaders, but at the same time, they also carry hatred and violence. These are not Hindus.

Members of the ruling BJP booed Rahul Gandhi during his speech in Parliament, accusing him of accusing the entire Hindu society of violence. BJP leaders also demanded an apology from Rahul Gandhi.
