ISLAMABAD: During the hearing of the case related to the specific seats of the Sunni Unity Council in the Supreme Court, Justice Athar Minullah remarked that the Election Commission itself committed a serious violation of the Constitution. Correct it?

The full court bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa heard the matter, Attorney General Mansoor Usman Awan argued.

Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Yahya Afridi, Justice Aminuddin Khan, Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel, Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Ayesha Malik, Athar Manullah, Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi, Shahid Waheed, Irfan Saadat Khan and Naeem Akhtar Afghan. They are part of the full court.

The hearing of the case was telecast live on the Supreme Court website and YouTube channel.
