The Islamabad High Court declared the arrest of former federal minister Dr. Shireen Mazari as illegal.
Justice Mohsin of the High Court gave a safe verdict.
The court invalidated the report of the commission and ordered an investigation by the Secretary Establishment Division and the Punjab Home Department.
It should be noted that Shireen Mazari was arrested by Anti-Corruption Punjab on 21 May 2022.
