Captain Rashid Khan, who played a major role in taking Afghanistan to the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup for the first time, became the fastest bowler to take 150 wickets in the shorter format.
Afghan captain Rashid Khan completed 150 T20 international wickets in 92 matches, he took 4 wickets for 23 runs in 4 overs in the important match against Bangladesh.
Among the players dismissed by the leg-spinner were Soumya Sarkar, Toheed Hardoy, Mahmoodullah, and Rashad Hussain.
Earlier, Tim Southee of New Zealand had completed 150 wickets in 118 matches.

It should be noted that till now only 2 players have taken 150 wickets in the history of T20 Internationals, Shakib Al Hasan who played 129 matches needs one wicket to cross this milestone.
