KARACHI: The 1294th Urs Mubarak of the famous Sufi saint Hazrat Syed Abdullah Shah Ghazi will begin on June 29 at his shrine in Karachi.
According to the Sindh Endowment Department, the preparations for the three-day Urs Sharif, which will continue from June 27 to 29, have been completed. Sindh Governor Kamran Tesori and Awqaf Minister Syed Riaz Hussain Shah Shirazi will start the Urs ceremony.
According to the Awqaf Department, Secretary Awqaf and Chief Administrator Sindh Syed Ataullah Shah will also participate in the Urs ceremony. During the three-day Urs, Mahfil Sama, Mahfil Naat, and Mahfil Milad for women will be organized daily.
