MUMBAI: Award-winning Bollywood singer-composer Alka Yaganak has revealed that she has been affected by hearing loss and is undergoing treatment.
Alka Yagnik confirmed her diagnosis of hearing loss in her Instagram post.
The singer said that a few weeks ago, she was diagnosed with hearing loss and the auditory canal that transmits her voice has been affected.
According to the singer, a few weeks ago when she got off the plane after completing her flight, she felt that she was hearing fewer voices and later the problem became serious.
Alka Yagnik wrote that doctors later diagnosed her with hearing loss and told her that she had contracted a rapidly spreading dangerous infection, which affected her auditory nerve.
