Sahiwal: District Council Sahiwal’s incompetence or negligence, and the measures taken by District Council Sahiwal to dispose of the sacrificial animal carcasses on the first day of Eid al-Adha are insufficient. Piles of garbage and dirt were everywhere. People have demanded to take notice from Deputy Commissioner Sahiwal.
