Sahiwal: On the special instructions of DPO Sahiwal Faisal Shahzad, an extensive security plan has been arranged to ensure all possible security measures on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha. There will be a total of 232 Eid-ul-Adha gatherings in District Huza, in which there will be a total of 171 mosques, 12 Imam Bargahs, and 40 open places for Eid-ul-Adha prayers. Security is on high alert throughout the district, and officials dressed in civilian clothes have been deployed to keep a close eye on anti-national and criminal elements, more than 900 police officers and officials will perform their duties to maintain peace and order throughout the district. 7 DSPs, 28 Inspectors, and SHOs, 93 Senior Superintendents, 510 Constables, 63 Lady Constables, and 152 Traffic Police personnel while 8 elite teams will be on patrol to maintain the atmosphere of peace. Walk-through gates, metal detectors, and CCTV cameras have been installed in all important mosques. On the special instructions of DPO Sahiwal Faisal Shahzad, instructions have been issued to keep a close watch on suspicious and malicious elements by establishing picket points throughout the city, while the entry of heavy vehicles into the city has been stopped. DPO Sahiwal has said that all resources will be used to provide a peaceful environment to the people on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
