Sahiwal: In a telling proof of the incompetence of the Sahiwal Municipal Corporation staff, the garbage is being blown out of the trolleys placed on the canal bridges and back into the streets. Garbage collection vehicles and trolleys do not come to these areas for many days. Manzoor Colony, Arifwala Roor, both sides of the Nain El canal do not even bother to look at cleanliness. The residents of the area have demanded immediate notice from Chief Minister Punjab Commissioner Sahiwal.
