Sahiwal: Due to the incompetence of the officers of District Council Sahiwal, students of private schools are taking rickshaws out of the dirty water of the boiling sewers on Kasowal GT Road. The victims have demanded that Deputy Commissioner Sahiwal take strict notice. Despite budgeting lakhs of rupees, the dirty water of the sewers has come out again on the road, which is proof of the incompetence of the officers of District Council Sahiwal.
