Ontario: The Sikh Khalistan movement has gained momentum across Canada and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the opposition leader also participated in the Khalsa Day ceremony.

The Sikh Khalistan movement has gained momentum in Canada. A Khalsa Day celebration was held in Ontario in which participants raised slogans against Indian leaders and the right of a separate Sikh homeland, Khalistan.

The highlight of the event was that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau not only participated in it along with the opposition leader but also raised slogans in Punjabi.

On this occasion, Justin Trudeau congratulated the Sikhs on the Baisakhi festival and also promised to increase flights from Amritsar to Canada while paying tribute to the Sikh citizens living in Canada.

Justin Trudeau said he will be with you in Khalsa Day celebrations across Canada, ensuring the security of Sikh places of worship and community centers.

He further said that parliamentarians, mayors, and political leaders are participating in this event and this event brings us all together and makes us happy.

In front of the Canadian Prime Minister at the event, the participants held up posters of Indian leaders including Prime Minister Modi, and shouted slogans against Indian leaders calling them the killers of Sikh leader Hardeep Singh.

It should be noted that Sikh leader Hardeep Singh was killed in Canada last year.

The fabric and evidence of this murder were found by the Indian government officials and the Canadian Prime Minister also took a strong stand by expressing it openly.
