Islamabad: The government’s propaganda died, the Islamabad High Court denied Justice Babar Sattar’s American citizenship campaign on social media and said that Justice Babar Sattar does not have citizenship of any country other than Pakistan.
The Islamabad High Court has issued a declaration on the baseless social media campaign against Justice Babar Sattar.
According to the announcement, after Justice Babar Sattar became a judge, his children settled in Pakistan, and the Chief Justice was aware of Justice Babar Sattar’s green card. Justice Babar Sattar’s mother has been running the school since 1992, Justice Babar Sattar’s legal firm was the school’s legal advisor and received fees.
Justice Babar Sattar has declared property in Pakistan and America in tax returns. Justice Babar Sattar got a permanent residency card in America due to a person with extraordinary abilities, but in 2005 he left his American job and came to Pakistan and since then Working in the country.
All the assets of Justice Babar Sattar were inherited or acquired by him during his time as a lawyer but after becoming a judge he did not build any real estate assets, Justice Babar Sattar is not with the management of any business. and did not hear any such case in which his family is interested.
